I was reading all the fics since I got re-hooked to Star Trek recently and happened to see Taurus IV and didn't expect Jim to have such a terrifying experience. I don't know if the alternate reality Jim had experienced this considering the change of history. You gave me a very good depiction of what could have happened. I'm faving it. I like how u made this fic.

This was really well written, harrowing and powerful. The point that impressed me most is how you explained why only 9 people could identify Kodos if half the coloney was spared. it's alwys puzzled me and I like how youdidn't assume kirk was chosen t survive.

This moved me to tears. Its absolutely heart-wrenching. I'm very much reminded of Holocaust memoirs I've read, and I assume these were heavily influential on your perception of Tarsus IV. I've never thought that the original series did enough to convey the situation. And I love the inclusion of Kevin Riley. The powerful moment where Jim stands up absolutely blows me away. Words cannot describe the emotion conveyed by your writing. Fantastic piece.

Love it! I really like that you had Jim showing his strength and character with simple defiance instead of having him complete some over the top escape. Excellent use of vivid detail- I could really see the warehouses!
