Ronniecoln 88 chapter 1 . 4/20/2016 Kovu isn't related biologically to either Zira or Scar. He should therefore have been allowed to succeed Simba as king of Pride Rock |

WornAndOneWinged chapter 1 . 7/25/2013 Once I started reading this, I just couldn't stop! The story in general was epic and the ending was kinda bittersweet. I loved every bit of it! |
Guest chapter 1 . 12/25/2012 Hate the fan fiction :( - sorry if I hurt that's because I hate Simba and his descendants, but love kovuXnala |

mistyfoxdreams chapter 1 . 6/28/2012 A very interesting take on the ending of The Lion King 2. I really liked it. There definitely was a better sense of closure in this one. |
great gospel chapter 1 . 2/29/2012 This was pretty much amazing. The more realistic take on the storyline is something to behold. You handled everything very well. There wasn't a part or piece out of place. And each occurance is completely plausible. An enjoyable read and one that leaves you thinking. Well done. sora |
compa16 chapter 1 . 2/28/2012 Love it |
kirsty chapter 1 . 2/26/2011 it was a good idea but kopa dosen't exist, he was made for a seprate noval and the walt disny film makers diden't make him. simba and nala only have one cub, kiara. walt disney have already said that the cub at the end of the lion king was kiara. [proof] - "kopa didn't appear in The Lion King II: Simba's Pride - instead, Simba and Nala have a daughter named Kiara, and Kopa's existence was never mentioned again. Disney has also asserted that the cub seen at the end of the first Lion King film is Kiara. Some fans theories state that Kopa is Kiara's older brother and that he was either killed by one of the Outsiders (more specifically, Zira) or that he ran away in a theme similar to young Simba's flight from the Pridelands in the first film. If he was indeed killed by one of the Outsiders, then it would explain Simba being overprotective of Kiara in the second film and partially explain the exile of Zira and the other outsiders. but this is not true, zira was exiled because of her connection to scar. the producer of the lion king 2 did not know of these books so kiara was the only child of simba and nala. Andrew Fisher15 chapter 1 . 11/2/2010 Starzinmieyez... first, thank you for your positive feedback and for your reviews, I appreciate them. Second... I've considered a sequel, but decided against it. I'm sure I could scrape together some sequel if I tried, but I doubt it'd be worth reading. This... well, I just feel like this story is ended, for me. The ending is inconclusive, but it is positive. |
Starzinmieyez chapter 1 . 11/2/2010 I've just read this story again, and I really think you should write a sequel; What happened to the other outlanders? How do Kovu and Kiara get on with their new lives? What's Ni's life like? What about when he becomes king? A sequel would answer these questions and any your other reader's may have, so please consider it. :) |
Simple Fics chapter 1 . 9/29/2010 Very good story. It does seem more realistic (y'know...considering that these are sapient lions) than the movie, and I loved reading it. The cub at the end is adorable, too. |
