This story is really good so far. Do Mark and Roger still live in the same loft after NINETEEN YEARS? Wow. Also, I respect you for making Mimi's real name Lucia and not Maria like most stories seem to do.

Crap. I'm lousy. I though you had only one review- you have *eleven*. Whoops. So sorry about that (that meaning mentioning "your second review being negative"). Let's pretend I wrote "Your twelfth review being negative", okay? Sorry!

Mm. Well. It's okay. But um... I can see Mimi *maybe* living the nine months. Definitely not *nineteen* more *years*. Neither would Roger. Or Collins. Or miraculously-alive Angel. No way. Also, fics like this are so cliche it makes my stomach hurt. So is the twin thing. And the "yay we had kids but they're negative!" thing. *And* the "Mimi is such a great loving devoted mother" thing. (If anything, I'd think Roger would want to keep the kids and she'd want to get rid of them). I really really hate that your second review be so negative, but a lot of people are going to take one look at this and run away. Maybe, if you try reallyreallyreally hard, you won't be cliche, but with so many gaps in logic (like, um, Mimi being *alive*?) it's going to be difficult for you. Oh, and as you're writing this, please remember that since you jumped nineteen years Mimi is 39, Roger and everyone else in their forties. I know you mentioned it, but still. So please don't write them in a way that makes them sound like 20-something year olds (i.e., Mimi should not be a stripper or a dancer or wear miniskirts, Roger shouldn't wear black nailpolish or eyeliner). Again, I'm sorry for being so harsh, but pregnancy fics/Mimi-Roger-have-kids-but-Mimi-leaves-him-so-and-so-years-later-Roger-comes-back-and-they-fall-in-love fics are so, so, so overdone. I know, because I wrote a pregnancy one, and looking back on it, it was utter crap (NOT THAT YOUR FIC IS). Also, I know that Mimi is dying in your fic, so that makes it "different", but I'm confused to why AIDS suddenly caught up with her yet she managed to *live for nineteen years*. And work on your spelling/grammar as well. Always comb through your piece before posting- spell-check doesn't get everything. Also, Maureen and Joanne cannot be legally married, seeing as NY doesn't allow gay marriage.

One last thing- if you don't believe how overdone this is, I can prove it to you with some links. If you get really mad, I'm so so so sorry, because I've gotten negative reviews and started crying, and I *don't* want to do that to you. I just want you to be aware of all the cliches, because you need to know how difficult pulling off this fic is going to be. I'd be happy to beta for you, if you like, and I am so, so, *so* sorry for being so negative. I'm sure you're an excellent writer, but... yeah.
