i love this story and none of the characters were off :)

Heya tyraa! Can't really remember for the life of me how I came across your account, but I've been meaning to read one of your stories for a while now, and I must say, I'm glad I did. I'm not usually a fan of L4D2 fanfics (especially on , because we all know how THAT usually ends), but yours really nailed it. No silly sex scenes, no Ho Yay between Ellis and Nick, just a little sexual tension which (thankfully) didn't evolve into another bit of IKEA erotica, as we're so used to on .

Ugh, this is so many kinds of fabulous. I love that you wrote this from Nick's pov-there's something about his view on life that so fits being lost in a storm. And all of your characterizations are incredibly perfect (even when characters weren't in the scene, which I love seeing). You're also very good at giving just enough description of your settings that there's something to imagine without trying too much to force an image out. I've re-read this twice just to see how you do it.

It's amazing, down to every last letter and punctuation mark.

That was a very nice story. I liked it a lot.

I do enjoy how you made Nick less of a hardass that people see him to be sometimes, especially around Rochelle and Coach.

God, to be attacked by a hoard in a very small hallway would be an adrenaline rush for sure.

Glad that Ellis and Coach made it safe and hadnt lit the sign yet. Would've killed them all.

Ahhh, I love reading stories like this since the game is pretty lacking on any real character interaction.

Your writing is easy to follow and characterization is dead on. No grammar problems that I spotted.

Nick seems like a pretty hard POV to write in but you did it just fine.

I hope you'll write more L4D2 fics in the future!

Loved this. You have great attention to detail and are wonderful at descriptions. You painted a great realistic picture while still staying true to the game and characters. Your characterizations were spot on as well. I absolutely loved your last couple of lines too. Very awesome way to finish your story. Loved it all. Great story.

This is AWESOME! Perfect characterization and atmosphere. Hard Rain was probably my favourite chapter and you totally captured it. Nick can be such an ass but I like him! And I hear you on Episode 3 :(

Poor Rochelle

In all of these NickXRochelle stories she always seems to be getting the short end of the stick. Attacked by this or that and getting tore up.

The story itself was just as interesting to say the least. I always wished valve could make the sudden storms even -worse- than they already are, so you actually can't see one thing.

I love Nick, and you portrayed him perfectly :)
