First two chapters were good, this was not. She needs a shrink not somebody to faux abduct and [?]rape her. All definitely different. Thanks for writing, though.

That was real good. Really good. I was on edge the whole time, as just as relieved as Bella when it was revealed it wasn't blood. Thanks for writing.

The first two chapters for me were powerfully intense, very good. In the third I felt that she pushed him to take her where he didn't want to go, and he only did it because he loved her. I want to think that he still does, yet I can't help but wonder if they will separate eventually - hitting that point of no return. Makes me feel sad for them.

I didn't expect the last chapter, so I initially planned to review the whole thing. The relationship is interesting, total trust and love in their edgeplay although I WAS a bit put off by Edward expecting his sub to service another man. Even if he wasn't allowed to cum in her mouth. Obvioulsly that was something they both agreed to in advance. The previous knife scene had me on the edge of my seat as did the fire play, surprised me, as it did Bell . Well written.

Wow that was intense very kind of I don't know. I'm not sure if I'm able to understand how she could ask the man she lovrs to recreate a rape. It was well written very sensitively so I just think I would have preferred her to deal with that with a psychiatrist. I'm not quite sure if they ate married as well as being in a D/s relationship, but they obviously love each other and it's a,bit inconceivable that she would ask him to recreate that horror by asking him to "play the part" of a rapist. IMHO that pushes the limits of anything one would ask then beg one's beloved to do. I'm surprised their relationship survived that. Not from her point of virew but from Edwards. It kind of seems like a betrayal of his trust that she would put him in such a viscerally painful role. I can't help thinking he looks at her differently now. It's one thing for them to edgeplay, and I realize he eventually consented, but it felt more like coercion, dub con to me than actual agreement and willing participant. Rape is such a horrible thing for a woman to live through, and to ask the man she loves to recreate the experience with him as the rapist, to me seems beyond the pale. If this was my story I'm not sure I could allow Edward to continue the relationship. At the very least, I would foresee serious relationship counseling for them. I could imagine Edward suffering from participating in this, and perhaps not trusting her in their playtime anymore. The whole thing from beginning to end didn't sit well with me as far as consideration for Edward's emotional well being. Truth to be told it struck me as a very selfish and self centered thing for her to ask of him. She should be dealing with this with a professional, someone trained to treat rape victims, not attempt to heal by begging her beloved to recreate the experience. I don't minimize at all the horror of what she went through, how helpless and degraded she felt, I just think she chose a dreadful way to try to heal. That's just my considered and quite appalled opinion.

I'm so very very grateful for the third chapter and the emotional place you must have taken yourself not only as an author, but as a participant in the scene. As authors, we do not simply watch or observe behavior, we experience it and through that emotional journey with the characters, we tell the story.
