By the way, this was very good. In my personal opinion, I've always viewed Alaska as a boy, not a girl. WW2 was a nice touch.

Japan and America were not friends during WW2. This is completely out of continuity with Hetalia. They didn't start becoming friends until after WW2 when Japan started exploring more of the Western culture. If anything, Japan was closer with England. Japan and America were more like businessmen at this point. There was no friendship or anything going on between them. At the very least, Japan "admired" America. That was it. Japan attacked America, because America cut trading routes with Japan, who was struggling to survive through their trade with America.

I thought I'd point this out, since this is one of the most common mistakes I find in fan fictions. Even before looking into the attack on Pearl Harbor and everything, I knew that America and Japan weren't friends during WW2.

I have a theory. Nationalities are born through the population of citizens in a piece of land. Depending on the population and economy, the nationality grows. Two nationalities are blood related, if they share the same citizens of said country. For instance, Italy and Romano are related, since their people came from one another. America is related to England, because his people came from England.

somepeople say that nation's are born from the people living on the land and Alaska had many people and natives living, i live in westren alaska on the kuskokwim river and there are different natives like the Eskimos, Aleuts, Inuits, etc.

-sighs- It's things like this that remind me that I can't like Japan during this time... and I don't. ( But I still love Japan, ve! -nods-

Read the revised chapter three :) I really liked it! Poor Alaska getting hurt... It was nice to see Russia's reaction to finding out what happened to his son, despite the suffering Virginia went through because of it :)

I think America really cares for Alaska, just as much as he does for the rest of his states, despite his hatred for the cold )

So cute, personally I think that America should be visit more after this. Then again, 50 kids. Any how, maybe Alaska should get along better with the snowy states. Oh well great story.

I love the character profiles! They seemed so fitting that while reading I felt that they could honestly fit into the hetalia fandom. :) It kinda made me want to write something for my own state, which seems to be sadly overlooked in the fandom.

Regardless, I still loved it :) Especially the parts where Alaska was trying out his Father's creepy "KOL"ing and America came in at that moment Lol :) Also the part where Virginia was sad over her history with West Virginia... The way she said "west" made me think of Prussia )

Why doesn't this have more reviews? Honestly, this was a great story! I loved how you made Alex just Ivan's son, and I liked how you mentioned tidbits about the civil war. I'm kinda sad there wasn't more, but this was great regardless :)
