I'm such a Christmas lover and was thrilled to find a CB Christmas story! Would have loved to read more about Chuck learning that the holiday can be good, with help from Blair. It's a great story line, since I imagine that Chuck never enjoyed the holiday growing up. Well, thanks for sharing!

Wow, you are such a great writer! The following paragraph from your story is my favorite:

“Sometimes I’ve asked myself why on earth we waited so long to be together when we knew we belonged just the way we are right now. Then I remember that all the ups and downs and twists and turns served their purpose. We dealt with all the insecurities and the fear before we gave ourselves to each other. You were right last fall when you said we wouldn’t last. We probably wouldn’t have if we had tried to be together back then. But this summer…”

It’s like you stole a script line from the TV show! You definitely nailed CB’s tense, drama-filled relationship from last season and what it took for them to finally reach the current level in their love affair. GG writers could not have done it any better.

What a great Christmas story. Such a sweet and intimate moment for CB. Chuck had a few funny lines...doing ungodly things to Blair and listening to Donna Summer's O Holy Night. LOL It was sweet of him to want to make sure her holiday was perfect and drama-free. We definitely need to see more holiday time scenes for CB on the show! :)
