Uselesswishes chapter 17 . 7/26
Oh wow. The emotion in the last two chapters... I cried. And I didn’t even cry in that spot reading the physical books... is there a sequel?
arosequartz chapter 17 . 6/17
What an underrated, piece of writing I have found and read through in two nights (I planned on doing it in one but accidentally fell asleep). I enjoyed Angeline’s character. She definitely is, and very much a Slytherin, but also possesses traits of Ravenclaw. Angeline was for once, a believable character too. You kept Draco in character, and I even enjoyed her friendship with Blaise, no matter how many times they don’t label themselves as such, they definitely are friends. The fic wasn’t too long or too short, and I actually enjoyed that you dragged out her relationship with Draco. Because in that way their relationship was also believable, and it didn’t feel rushed at all. Because of that, the two kisses they shared felt believable too. That’s something hard to come by these days in fics.

Thank you for writing such an enjoyable story! Off to the sequel now :)

I was listening to my harry potter reding playlist while reading your fic and coincidentally “Dumbledore’s Farewell” came on while reading. How appropriate :)

I honestly LOVED it! It was the perfect blend of angst, fluff and drama. Compelling storyline, and amazing writing skills. I was never bored and I loved every second of reading this.

Purplestan chapter 2 . 11/11/2016
You have some spelling mistakes in this but it looks like you've done it accidentally like there are two words put together as one word. Also there is other words that have letters missing.
AriMalfoy1 chapter 9 . 8/10/2016
Love this story! And now I know there's a sequel it's even better ;) I'm looking forward to the part where Angeline and Draco finally get together (I hope it happens anyway).
Cranberry the Cat chapter 17 . 7/26/2016
I read this story a couple years ago, before I got a fan fiction account, but after this story had been completed and Clandestine already had twelve chapters or so. I had just watched the Harry Potter movies for the first time, and was starting on the books. (In fact, this story helped motivate me to finish up to the sixth book so I wouldn't spoil anything for myself.) As a young teen, I didn't condone Draco's actions-in fact, I rather despised his character at first, but he still managed to intrigue me. As a new fan, Draco (and Snape) interested me because I couldn't figure them out. Their motives seemed vague in the beginning of the story. (For the first three books I couldn't decided if I thought Snape was a good guy or a bad guy. I decided he was a good guy in 4, then doubted him at 6, and liked him again by book 7. XD)

I guess I'm a bit like Angeline, trying to solve these fascinating people puzzles. As a young teenager looking for a dramatic love story for Draco, your fic was the only one to, not only capture, but pique my interest anew with every chapter. I was looking for a "perfect" match for Draco, but what I got instead was a realistic and interesting character: Angeline Jensen. Her motives are reasonable; her flaws don't damage her likability, but make her relatable; and (obviously) her relationship with Draco is well thought-out and sincere. (That last part is what drew me to the story after all. ;) ) She is everything a "good guy" Slytherin character should be, in my opinion. And I guess that's what I like about her: how much of a Slytherin she really is.

On every internet quiz I've ever taken (along with some self-diagnosing), I've gotten Gryffindor. She's my opposite in many ways: where I'm straight-forward, Angeline is more subtle; where I like to be in the limelight most of the time, she sticks to the shadows; I could go on and on. And since Griffindor is what I am, Angeline as the protagonist excites me in a way that's quite different but just as enjoyable as reading from Harry Potter's POV.

It's one thing to create a plot for a character or vise versa; but it's harder, I think, to create a new character for a defined universe already in existence. But you did it brilliantly. I just want to thank and applaud you for creating Angeline, who is not only a genuinely good and WELL-WRITTEN Slytherin character (both are hard to find in the fanwork), but someone who truly belongs to the fictional world they are apart of. Thanks again for inspiring me and writing one of my favorite stories on the site! Cheers to your continued writing!

Hailey-Stone chapter 17 . 1/6/2016
I've done it. Only took me, like, a freaking week, but I've done it. Oh, my sweet little babies. I just want to hug them all because I know what we're about to get into once I begin Clandestine again.

I'mma PM you in a bit. I wanted to push through and finish before I got distracted. Still totally in love with these, by the way.
