I've said it before and I'll say it again, I'm honestly surprised that these two don't have more interaction with each other. They really do have a lot in common, and considering how involved Emma is in Glee (at least compared to any other teacher), it seems like Rachel would speak to her more than she does. Although, it was kind of sad to hear Will cut Rachel down, however much he didn't mean it, at least Rachel recognized the similarities between herself and Emma.
