I understand Ciel's feeling when he got roasted by sebastian but boy,

I admit, the last line made me giggle a little bit. The idea of Ciel being a 'newborn', childish, but also a 'king'. This story is an interesting exploration of Lizzy's character, especially how she would handle Ciel's death, and also how Sebastian would inevitably move on. Ciel's progression in Charon's boat and everything else is humorous, especially his interactions with Sebastian in the living world.

I like this fic.

It makes the pain of thinking of nonexistence and what waits for Ciel at the end hurt less.

It makes sense though. A soul is an immortal thing that a demon likely can't destroy. But they feed off the memories and emotions of the current life it's going through, and then the soul travels on. So I guess that beings like Ciel in this story are a husk? A shadow of that person, the iteration of that soul that got wiped?

Can you have ciel ask him that? Flustered Sebastian is hilarious, btw XD also, what does seb. Have to do to get his soul? Like, when is their contract over? Also, is lizzy a prime sword fighter like in the manga? And i wonder whether sebastian angered ciel on purpose to make him gain poltergeist powers :p and now, is reed gonna order seb to get rid of the haunting? That could not bode well for ciel! All in all, your icness is fantastic, your humour hilarious, your plot fascinating and i would be eternally grateful for more!

Your grammar and writing skills are amazing! The way you write for each person and keep them in character is astounding. I have read your other stories and, because they were amazing, I was looking forward to this one. I literally cheered with Ciel when he was finally able to pick up that stupid whisk, and I laughed when Lizzie hit Reed. I laughed when Ciel destroyed the kitchen. Will Ciel ever use his new "ability" to throw something at Reed? Please update soon.
