Rachel Smith Cobleigh chapter 1 . 12/22/2009 Very nice job, nice use of the headphones and of trying to retreat only to find that he couldn't resist the flood of memories. I'd imagined that he'd been busy rounding up Suits and Oysters and getting Dodo's crew out of the Library and generally trying to avoid thinking about Alice leaving by staying busy, rather than by going off to brood alone...but if he'd gone off to brood, this was a very nice replay of the story. :) |
SG1SamFan chapter 1 . 12/19/2009 This was beautiful. So very in character. God, I love him, and you portrayed him in all his adorkable glory. :-) Thanks for sharing! ~Emily |
lim0n chapter 1 . 12/19/2009 Normally, I abhor one shots. This one, I adore. Beyond excellent. Just...wow. I'm incredibly impressed. I refused to read fanfiction for over a year because everything I read was terrible. Stories like this give me hope that there may be some decent writing out there after all. |
MythStar Black Dragon chapter 1 . 12/16/2009 aw hatter is such a sentimental guy i love him maria |
mel60 chapter 1 . 12/15/2009 This is, without a doubt, one of the best one-shots I've ever read. It was absolute genius! You completely captured Hatter's voice and managed to capture the overall tone of Wonderland, as well. The entire paragraph about the memories being purposely forgotten and then almost seducing Hatter to think about them was so amazing. Your total grasp of character is incredible. |
