For such a long time I've been wondering if the servants of the Phantomhive estate simply choose to ignore the fact that Sebastian is obviously too perfect to be 100% human or if they really hadn't noticed a thing! I really liked your take on this. Their understanding stares and goosebumps and the last part with Sebastians nails; I had also wondered what one of them would say if they ever were to discover them. A well-written and totally possible story! I wish it were canon! |

I really think there should be more fics like this, I feel that the servants get far too little 'screen time' as main characters in fanfics :D I think you wrote Bard wonderfully. I love how he practically knows that something is wrong, but he just tries so... kinda desperately... to try and convince himself otherwise. You really managed that superbly :D Great job! |
