Seriously my heart actually hurt when Ponyboy was speaking of all his loses. Honestly though, i can imagine all those things hapening. Steve going to college; i can picture it. Two-bit getting shot by running with the wrong croud, really believable. And how Ponyboy was picturing Johhny and Dally with him at the start was so good, i was so suprised when the waitress said they weren't there,

Wow... just wow! The first most decent story on this site in the longest time! I am impressed. I have never read anything with Ponyboy being in the war and I have to say it is a nice turnaround from reading all of these other fics about Steve and Soda being drafted- not that I'm saying they are not interesting, but it's just it's different seeing that Pony was in the war. I am hoping that you will update this fic soon.
