Harry genuinely has no idea what's going on and it's kind of cute.
I wonder how long it will take Mrs. Jones to discover the boys are missing? No one else is going to at this point.
If Alex can get out of the damn mansion, he can probably escape on foot- muggle territory and all. If the Death Eaters are also on foot behind him, he might be in trouble, but he can probably outrun them, as long as there aren't any werewolves home or someone clever enough to use a broom. Or a flying Voldemort (he'd probably expect the minions to be able to recapture Alex, and be pissed when they fail).
Harry... might need more help. He can't apparate yet, after all. Nor does he have an emergency portkey. Or muggle money. Or the skills or knowledge to sneak onto a train undetected. Or a cell phone, let alone anyone to call.
Of course, not knowing about magic at all, Alex might not realize some of the security measures in place and get caught in them.

As ridiculous as this story feels at times, it's probably one of the most realistic crossovers of the sort I've seen.
Thinking objectively, how /would/ either of them react in such a situation? More or less like this! It's frustrating and accurate and kind of funny.
