Honestly, I know it's been years since you've updated, so you've probably all but forgotten about fanfiction, but I think that everyone would appreciate an ending.
I was honesty expecting the last chapter to just be a bit shorter than the others, from Ed's point of view, his death due to the gang associations.
It could have been really simple, and not as obvious that you've lost inspiration, and given us closure.
Ed goes into battle, gets shot through the gut (or something similar to his almost death in the manga, maybe he gets his arm and leg cut off? Who cares) and dies, the end, two paragraph epilogue about how getting the call informing him of Ed's death ruined Roy's life bc he could never get his revenge or let go of his love, the actual end wow it's over.
You know? But I understand that you had plans for the story and they didn't end here, and I can respect you wanting to follow through with them.

I love this story and I always come back to it, because I love it. Its really well written and the story line is great.

This is one of my favorite stories and one of my favorite high school fics of these 2. It's perfect and I love the plot and everything. I look forward to when you get your drive to write back and are wanting to update this story :) Just wanted to let you know that people still love it a lot _

i will say this. Chapter 16 was my favorite with Ed screaming like a girl, also you know the chapters where Roy had the sex dream and him jacking of. Sensai was just perfect right there laughing.

I guess I should have known nina wouldn't make it to the end... its still depressing though. I hope that you update soon. (its been over six months...) I really enjoy this story and I want to know how this sh*t storm is going to play out.

*flails wildly* I just found this story and read all the chapters in one sitting. I have to say, I don't really read fan fiction from fma but this story is stellar. It feels realistic in their romance and I think you captured their characters perfectly. Carry on!

Ok so things are about to get heated up really fast. And I can't wait to see the twists you dish out. Honestly every time I think I have something figured out you give me a plot twist to keep me guessing. So sorry to hear that things have been rough for you. Don't give up Kimba! Your readers support you. Chin up. ] as for this chapter...don't hate me. I was disappointed in how short it was. But amazed at the same time that major things happened in that short amount of time. Nina dying was tragic for the S.A. This excites me because reading the details and action of a gang war illustrated by an author of your stature will be intense to say the least. I sense some emotional roller coasters coming this way soon. Please update soon! Please be happy and may your life get smoother whatever the problems may be! And please again don't hate me I only said it was short cause it was such a long wait for a not so long chapter.
