I was choking up while reading this and although I told myself to stop, I just couldn't. This was so good, and you portrayed their feelings SO well. I can't even, this was just... so good.

If it makes you feel any better, I'm glad that you had this end the way it did! That for a moment the reader thinks that they really won't get back together (as is the case with a few of your other stories that I've read recently), and in the end, they do. :) Love!
