I just finished reading this story for the 2nd time, and still wish to see you complete it. I realize it has been over 5 years since you last updated. But I would still like to see what else you had instore for your story.

I realise this has been stored in the attic under a pile of out-of-date clothes, old magazines and the fake fluro-pink Christmas tree your cousin gave you when she got over her 'moderne' phase, but it's so clever and so alluring you might consider digging it out and dusting it off sometime soon, real life permitting. I love that exchange between Gran and Eric about the fairies.
I thought that it might be important for Eric to acknowledge Sookie's virginity comment, rather than just sweep it under the rug as an insignificant factor in negotiating sex.
I like the stories best where Eric, being the lover he is, takes Sooki's inexperience seriously, and addresses he fact that her first time is something, is of some significance, and that she gets to choose that significance, whether it be that it's about time or whether she is fond of her lover or whathaveyou.

I love the change from her wearing Eric's shirt the night before to her running through the woods in a white shift. It places her coming from her own environment, yet leaving traces of longing to Eric.
I love the way you described him in the woods: the light, the emergence, the recognition, the immovability, the embrace.
