I think about this fic literally all the time. I read it for the first time back when there were only two chapters posted (and I believe I read it on wattpad?), and I loved it. I came back to re-read it many, many times in the month or so after I read it for the first time, but then I started drifting away from Naruto and fanfiction for a while. Recently, I went on a frantic search for this fic again, more than 10 years later, because I wanted to see if it had ever been finished. Because I had reread the first two chapters so religiously, I could remember a few passages from the fic, and I was fairly certain that the title was something along the lines of "Nameless Boy". I searched and searched for months, and, after a while, I changed my search to "boy with no name" instead. Jackpot! You have no idea how thrilled I was to discover this-as soon as I read the first few paragraphs again, it was like the past just came rushing back to me. This fic is nostalgic to me, in a way, and I truly believe it had a heavy influence on my own fanfiction. Thank you for writing and posting this.

This was such a great story. This really improved the rookie 9s friendship. The only thing I didn't like was Danzo in the trial. I think he would have thought of Naruto as a weapon and would be more forthcoming with the punishment. Everything else was great. The evolution of everyone's friendship is one of the best.

I like the NaruSaku in this story, she is much less annoying than form the Canon Sakura.
