Holy crap coolest ending ever especially love gene and desroches

Well that was a great fic i have to say that this story kept me reading even when i wanted to go to sleep. Great work.

Nice story. Explicate detail. Excellent characters. And nice ending.
However I might write a story where one of the characters incounters Damien/Jessica.

Well, as much as I'm sad there won't be any new chapters, an old saying comes to mind. Every beginning must have an end.

Also, I'm sorry I didn't read and review this earlier. I didn't think it right to read this when my laptop was being fixed up. I was right to do so, as around the time I got the notice, I wasn't in a good mood. When a three day promise turns into a week, and then the guy takes a day off, well, I was in a bad mood, and a bad mood means I couldn't take news like this without writing a story I'd regret even thinking of.

And, again I'd like to say I'm sad that you ended it here. I really do feel like you could have gotten two or three more chapters out of it and given maybe a different ending. But I won't say that it's what you should have done. This ending, it fits. I think that says enough... *Claps hands*

Now onto the lighter side, as a player of Fallout, I know Ron Perlmans voice well enough that I could actually imagine him narrating. I think it was very well written, and would actually make a great game.

And as for how you had Gene's part of the story end, I think you got it perfect. That's exactly what he'd do. Just, perfect.

Because I like this so much, I'm still working on a L4D story. I'll come to this for inspiration, and to that, I'll try to find a way to either cameo some of your characters (With your permission of course), and if that falls through, maybe a radio transmission about the ship and how my group wishes they had the resources to make such a journey. As of now, I think I've got something. But, I'll add you to my favorite author list, because a writer like you, I need to keep an eye on. Demons don't take too well to having a rival.

I was genuinely sad when this story ended. I enjoyed reading it immensely but I think it was a good decision to end it where you did.

I liked the fact that it took place in lower Ontario. Being Canadian myself, and living in Ottawa, it was cool to read something that took place close to home.

Anyways, good job and good luck!

Beautiful story. Makes me actually kinda sad to see it's end. None the less, this happened to be one of the most amazing things I've ever read. All good things must come to an end, though. And with the heartfelt ending, this amazing piece of writing will come to an end.

Never stop writing, Jonathan DesRoches. Your knack for it surpasses most others.

That was an awesome, well-written story, but it is a shame it had to end. Even if i did imagine the endings being narrated by Ron Pearlman. :D
