look, i love multi-saku and all, but i can't read much further than this. your writing is good and your plotline was quite fun, but all i see are misogynistic boys taking advantage of an innocent girl. i wouldn't call it rape, but there are heavy dub-con elements that should be noted. kabuto, especially, is in a position of power over her as the school docter and trusted neighbor and abuses her trust to manipulate sakura— grooming. my concern is that sakura is not willing nor has she given consent in any of these encounters and it worries me the audience here will interpret that as something to be wanted. even if she orgasms, it's still not consent. it's really, really not fun being sexually assaulted and i urge you to take note of this.
