Iuvsbruce chapter 10 . 1/16/2019 This was absolutely incredible! And I could definitely hear their voices, even O'Neil's!Thank you so very much! |
Iuvsbruce chapter 5 . 1/15/2019 Love having Danny show up! |
Vadercat chapter 10 . 5/1/2017 A very well written AU story. I almost didn't want to finish the story thinking John lost his leg, but I kept going, hoping for a last second stay. The tension in the story was excellent as was the subject matter. Curious though why WWII as a subject are you a war buff? Interesting choice of crossover characters too and the relationship you put them in. I will add it to my favorite story list. |
ShadowWriter33 chapter 10 . 6/27/2010 I really loved this story! I loved the way you kept the team together under such different circumstances. Great AU! I just wish we could've seen more missions that Sheppard, Ronon, and McKay had done before the big one that went bad. Great story! |
kirroth chapter 10 . 6/10/2010 That was great! You really managed to hold onto the characters' voices while still settling them into this alternate universe. I only wish Sheppard coulda worked up the courage to hook up with Teyla. ;) Hopefully our little AU team doesn't split up after all, or at least comes back together occasionally. |
kirroth chapter 8 . 6/10/2010 "Sheppard grabbed on to the arm wrapped tightly around him with white knuckles. His one good eye was saucer-wide and he was visibly trembling." *meep!* Wasn't too sure about this AU at first, but it's really grown on me. XD |
Reagan chapter 10 . 12/21/2009 This was amazing. I love old WWII stories. My grandfather flew B-25 bombers in the South Pacific. He flew bombing missions to Rabaul almost daily for months. So I really appreciate the time and attention to detail you paid. The fact that you kept the characters in character while set in a totally different world is impressive and I love the fact that you saved his leg. Really y'all did a fantastic job. Thanks for an entertaining read. |
cecne chapter 10 . 12/11/2009 What an amazing story. I read it on sgabigbang and then again here. I loved the way the characters fit into this AU. Thanks for an great read! |
San Antonio Rose chapter 10 . 12/9/2009 *applauds* Excellent, excellent job! Love all the nods to canon mixed in with the period detail, and the suspense-so many things that could have gone worse, and did go worse IRL for so many men, but there were stranger true stories with happy endings than this fictional one. SO well done! Thanks for sharing! |
AtlantisGirl12 chapter 10 . 12/9/2009 I just about died when Sheppard said he wanted to live more. I thought for sure things were going to end badly. Great job with this story; I'm sorry I didn't review more! I really enjoyed the WW2 backdrop. Would you ever consider writing another story along them same lines? (maybe even set during a different war?) I understand though that stories like this are a huge undertaking, so it might be out of the question. But anyway, great job! |
AtlantisGirl12 chapter 8 . 12/9/2009 Oh wow, I'm on the edge of my seat here, but I figured I stop and take the time to review! I'm really hoping some miracle will occur and they won't have to amputate. |
Geeksandlies chapter 6 . 12/9/2009 Awesome, awesome and awesome. I have just caught up from Chapter 1 - 6 keep it comming :) |
Machaggis chapter 6 . 12/8/2009 I can't believe you only have 12 reviews! This is one of the best written stories in such a very long time. I already reviewed over on Shep H/C, but I needed to tell you again. I read every word the first time, and I'm reading every word again, because each one is perfect and adds to this delicious tale of our heroes. |
San Antonio Rose chapter 6 . 12/8/2009 GYAAH! Glad you're not going to make us wait for the rest of the chapters-*how* are they going to get out of this one? |
TerribleTeenStereotype chapter 6 . 12/8/2009 F*ck! Sh*t! There has to be mroe people reading this, I think it's great. Love the cliff hanger ending. |
