SO, since she was curious, I had my mother (who is 60 and has never played a single video game, let alone Dragon Age) read it. She also ended up crying. You're a genius. A BRUTAL genius, but a genius. God, this made my EVERYTHING hurt, but it was beautiful. Thank you. I'm off to go hunt down some tooth-rotting fluff to counteract the sad, now. |

Cullen's reservations, the fact that he really does remember Jowan's name-for some reason, it stuck with me-and his poor, lyrium-addled mind... I love this story, and I'm glad there was a happy ending as well. (Well, I mean, even though she's dying and he's losing his mind a bit... still.) |
