I love the cake-eating scene! and the banter between the two! Thank you for making Mamoru very humane, not the perfect warrior, but one who could be confused and lost when Haruka's gone.

Oh yeah, and a few chapters back when Haruka basically threw herself on Mamoru, thanks for not turning it into some big romantic bag of fluff, because we all know, that would be so not Mamoru-ish. You're a clever one. BTW, is it wrong to keep hearing Callum's voice as Gerard Butler? :)

This is going good, nice job of staying in their character niche'. I agree, chalk and cheese is the best way to compare the two. On to the next chapter shall we? (Smiley winky face here)

I'm really enjoying this story. You have a real knack for storytelling, and it's hard to look away once I start reading. Your characterization is spot-on! Mamaoru seems like such a tough character to write for, but you've captured his voice so well. I can really hear these guys acting these scenes out in the manga. Keep it up, and I hope to see you continue this.
