| Kevin Foxboy chapter 4 . 9/18/2019 I'm going to point out some grammar errors; I know I'm ten years late. But if it's worth writing, it's worth writing well. First is plurals: none of them have apostrophes, that's for possessives and contractions. It's two or more students, a student's wand, and several students' wands. Second, the Dark Lord is Voldemort, French for "theft of death", not 'Voldermort'. Do you remember the books? Third, do you read over your work, or have a beta reader? You need a more careful read through. Shackleton sees two cloaked people, the auror gets chills, not Harry. Fourth, you sometimes confuse were, the verb, and where, the location. What's a white owl? Just because readers can figure out what you mean, doesn't excuse sloppy wrting. Other than those points, keep writing, keep practicing, and keep bashing the Dursleys. |
