Final they are shoving their pride aside or rather Clark is. Unfortunately as much as they hurt each other the worst ones were self inflicted. Clark has to be the one willing to flex and to pull Lois back. Her life has been filled with loss and disappointment even from him. He needs to make a commitment to her because she will make one to him that will be stronger than steel.

You know Gem, I like most of your stories.

And yes you were playing it for humor.

But I can't help disliking Lois for trying to use jealousy on Clark.

I mean we all hate Lana in the stories where she tries to use it on him.

We call her all kinds of bad names.

It's not like Clark was not addmiting his attraction to Lois. They were stating hith the hot and heavy.

It was Lois's very real faux-pa that derailed them in the first place.

So what was her end game? It wasn't to make Clark admit hidden feelings. He's already done that.

Dating the very man who's name she moaned while they were kissing? It comes across as not wanting to win back Clark, but simply trying to hurt him. How did she think this was going to go?

So using jealousy, instead of doing something cool to show Clark how much she feels for him, is sorry for her blunder, and still keeps her stong?

Now I know it does not end up working, but I just think Lois dosn't come across as very sympathetic for having tried it in the first place.

Well, it blew right into their faces!
