Fantastic story. This for me, this is how I picture shessomaru background story to be. His father made him the way he is. My only complaint is the fact that Inuyasha had been born years before the death of his father and that Izayoi is leaving in the shiro and no Takemaru in sight. that's all. To be honest I have not come across a story that made sense of this part of the anime so I should not complain as I love your story regardless. You showed us how Sesshomaru personality came to be and how his father ( in my opinion) fail. The vow at the end was the icing on the cake. I have been looking for a story like this that meet my expectation. I am please. You portrayed Uni no Taisho and Sesshomaru mother the way I see them. Thanks for this fantastic story.

I have read this story several times and it never gets old.

The part where Sesshomaru cuddles with his dad after he has died reminds me of Mufasa's death in The Lion King. :'(

His father was a real bastard in this story and I can understand why Sesshomaru felt the way he did and why he hated my father had loved his other son more them me I would be hurt as well.I hope the old bastard suffered! lol

The story was very sad. Just like the anime. I fell sorry for Sesshomaru. His father was very cruel to him.

But your story was beautifull. It could be a real one written by Natsuki the Mangaka.

Sometimes I ask my self why she was so cruel to him? I know that Sessgomaru was sometimes very heartless. But a the end he changed a bit. She is the Mangaka, she could change the sorty every time.

I wish I could ask her or Inunotaihou tuely hated his son.

But that is not the point jet.

I just wanna hug little Fluffy and take him to therapy, then kick Inutaisho's ass for hurting his feelings. I mean why does he treat Inuyasha better anyway, sure he thought Sess was gonna hurt him but still, he could've said sorry. I just feel that he forgot he had 2 sons and that Sesshy has feelings too. Man if I was Sess, I would've run away and said go to hell Inutaisho! But that probably is because I'm very emotional and I don't really have responsibilities like Sess. BUT! Love it! Love Sess! Love You!
