See that's why I hate it when fanfics change a characters gender. Usually they never make the character a lesbian (which is kind of the only reason why I would read a Fem Naruto (or anyone) fic anyway) and they change the character's personality completely. I mean what's the point? Why not do an OC. And if you want Naruto to be with Sasuke, let him be with Sasuke. There's nothing wrong with being gay ya know.

Another great point, and that end note is definitely one I will have to keep in mind in the gender bender Naruto fic I just started. Thanks for pointing out so many common plot holes in your one-shots! They may be obvious, but there is something helpful about someone actually calling people on them...
