I re-read this, and it is still my favorite fic in the world...

I sometimes wish that you weren't so damn good at making me cry. But then I remember that that is part of what makes these stories so damn good.

I started tearing up when I read this. Seriously. I'm not one for hyperbole, so believe me when I say this fic had a real emotional impact. It was so poignant and well-written, it really showcased Itachi's sacrifice and the loneliness of his situation. Really beautiful work.

The first story of Sasuke and Itachi that literally brought me to tears. The lightning theme is just gorgeous.

That was the best story with that thunderstorm plot I've ever read. Fluffy at the beginning, which made the ending all the more depressing. The whole thing was beautifully written, and IC, and in turns heartwarming and heartbreaking. You capture the brotherly love from Itachi's side of things perfectly. Brilliant work; I loved it to bits.
