As long as this doesn't stupidly make Sasuke a highlander too than it should be an alright fic. Seriously Sasuke becoming an immortal would be a worse twist than any of M. Knight Shymalan's bullshit.

The premise and writing is good, Naruto's personality is too canon be anything but despicable, and the story is too short to get a good read on.

You end the chapter with TBC, but let's face facts. That was almost 4 years ago now, so while I enjoyed reading this I won't be following the story as it stands. Hopefully you'll resuscitate and rewrite this fic in the future.
