Beautifully written, and sad to know that Hogan will never be able to know his son, and vice versa.

Can't believe I didn't review this. How awful! Anyway, I have reread this several times, as I am a sucker for well-written tearjerkers. Brings a lump to my throat each time.
ME chapter 1 . 1/28/2010
What a poignant poem, not sure how I missed it. I was reading another story and someone mentioned this one in the reviews so I had to come read it.

It brought tears to my eyes. You should write more like this.

GG chapter 1 . 11/7/2009
Absolutely beautiful, poetic, and heart wrenching. You've shown us a new side to your writing abilities very well done. I like a piece that invokes great emotion as this does. It literally made me cry.
ColHogan chapter 1 . 11/7/2009
Beautiful poem showing Tiger's feelings as she tries to come to grips with Hogan's apparent death prior to their child being born.I'm guessing she's at Hogan's grave telling him about their son and how he has Hogan's eyes and smile. A son the Colonel will never see. Very sad but brilliantly written.
