I think you should expand it. Bloody wonderfull.

I don’t think this is the best thing to expand personally, as it’s a humour story, and changing houses only changes so much and eventually it will just be a normal Harry Potter story, which isn’t bad, but it wouldn’t be a parody anymore. You could however do a update on the results of the sorting, or how they all ended up in the end while maintaining the humour! That’s my opinion anyway.
