Bella seems to have some aura that draws Vamps to her and it was mentioned that Aro felt protective of her. He also thinks more about others worth as skilled or not, powered or not, and their worth to their coven as a whole. Bella as a human as abilities that his wife does not. He needs Bella to trust them since he can't cheat it, and his wife is sabotaging that, knowingly or not, and he wouldn't be pleased.

I am definitely not Team Edward. I never understood what Bella ever saw in that child. I just hope that Caius and Bella find the happiness, they both deserve. And that Edward and Sulpicia get their just deserts.
