Ahhh It kills me that I've stumbled upon this absolute gem now, a decade after its last update! What a fantastically original premise- Vader and Obi-Wan are both delightfully in character!
I know this story will probably never be continued, but it was great fun to read!

I just found this excellent fic today and while I am sad to see it hasn't been updated in a while, I WAS happy to see that it is not abandoned because, truly, this is a wonderful piece.

I honestly don't know where to begin to express how much I am enjoying this? The characterization is spot on; Obi-wan's reactions/behaviors/thoughts are so spot on for what he is going through (and boy, is he going through a lot at this moment). I want to shake him sometimes because his trying to resist the more "childish" inclinations seems to be doing more harm than good (I understand why he does but it certainly does not make it any less painful in this context and at least he may feel momentarily better if he just gives in to himself) And his slip-ups? Priceless and telling

And Anakin, his own response and reactions to this young Obi-wan are awful and painful to read (and yet, understandable in their awfulness) His reasons for keeping this young Obi-wan...woo boy (and how he treats Obi-wan, its such a strange mix of affection and contempt)

honestly, I look forward to the day you update this again and even if you don't, I have enjoyed what you have published so far so thank you :)

I really love this story, so it's really sad that it's probably never going to be finished. If you (the writer) still look at your reviews, could you maybe just update to say you're never finishing it and someone could adopt it? Of course, no one else can get it quite the same, but still.
