Okay I started reading this bit by bit like two weeks ago and I so hope neither Lucia nor Sumire dies... also, you asked for opinions about Alice: Oh, I hate her sooooo much... she seems to have very, very little respect for Sumire, and seems to see her as someone who'd be fun to fuck. *coughassholecough* But maybe that's just my interpretation?
