Maybe sasuke goes to the laundry room to get another towel and sees sakura's panties and uses them to masturbate thinking Sakura is in the shower. However sakura was avout to get in the shower when se realized se needed more soap from the laundry room and sees sasuke masturbating on her cloths and calling out her name. You don't have to take the idea but I know how hard it can be to keep a good story going. If you eve get writters block I'll help you.
