That. Was. Frickin. AWESOME! It was beautiful! Hidden meanings, a pun in the title, Dean interacting with a kid... SO MUCH YES. I absolutely love what you did here. Dean trying to engage his 'kid-filter' was hilarious, and (of course) he actually did a really good job talking her 'round. Also, your use of the cupcake and frosting analogy was faaaantastic. Do you realize that you never even said Sam's NAME during that part? Yet I still knew exactly what Dean was thinking. Bravo. I enjoyed this very much.

Wow. This was really good. I loved the awkward analogy Dean used, and how he was awkward in general. I like how you recognized he's not universally good with kids.
Can I request a follow up chapter where he runs into Callie again when he's with Sam, maybe season 2 or 3 and she's like, 12 now and baby sister/brother is 6 like she was? And he doesn't really remember her, but she recognizes him and prompts his memory and he finally gets it, "Oh! Callie O'Malley, the cupcake girl." And he takes then all out for waffles.

Great job author, i really love how cute and adorable and light the situation with Callie is (especially the dinner scene ofc) yet it convey a deep, anguist, sad theme of how little brother can easily forget their older siblings (a.k.a Sam's stanford leaving issue). Love it!

This is awesome. The characters, the plot, everything. It's funny to think of how Callie's going to remember Dean; some weird guy who didn't kidnap her when she climbed into his car, took her out for waffles, convinced her having a sibling wasn't a bad thing, dropped her off with her parents and drove away the second he saw a police car. Crazy story.

That was good :) Dean is such a softy badass xD
