i liked how you used the kyuubi in a creative way with it being a genetic ateration strain.

I like it but one detail. In the military the dog is always ranked one higher than the handler, and yes they are partners. Its just the dog does the most work theoretically. the same with horses. my guess the cobra infidel would be the twins?
