This is "dreamsofdest1ny" from (like you couldn't tell with the not-so-similar username, right? :P). Well anyways, like Sam; that's uh, exotification on LJ, said, your writing has a solid beginning, but you should take into account all the points and tips that he said.

I always like it when people tell me what I did right, and the crazier and stupider, the better I feel, so I'll just do that for you. Sam's pretty good with critique anyways, so I can just shower you with golden sunshines! of praise~

First, thank you so much for keeping with one tense. This annoys me so much because I do it so often myself and when I go back and read my stories, I feel like personally introducing my forehead to my keyboard! Second, the actual plotline was adorable, albeit out of character. The reason why I felt it was short and (therefore) a little bit incomplete, was because of the lack of introduction to the situation (like a why was this happening at all) but that missing element made it that much cuter and human-er. Third, the two ending sentences were really charming, short and sweet and simple all at the same time!

Don't get me wrong, this is a great!start (for your fanfiction-writing career): you don't have any Mary-Sues and your spelling and grammeerr (loll) are purfecte. But this also doesn't seem like a finished product. There is a way to get ChinaxJapan fluff, without making either of them out of character, and it's your unofficial duty to find out how!

(Me? I'll continue with the tragedy and angst! XD)

I think you got the potrayals right for the most part - there were some awkward moments, but that is expected from this pairing since fluff is almost always OOC for these two.
