Guest chapter 1 . 11/20/2017 love it! |
DoodlingPlume chapter 1 . 6/15/2014 This is truly amazing. It makes readers think about many things. Will Malo end up as Jovani? Will Link ever find the world he is looking for? I'm starting to think that he is looking for Midna. Anyway, great job! |
Harman Flint chapter 1 . 8/12/2012 Interesting and well written. The way you used the Bible Quotes was a little awkward but I can't think of a way to do it more smoothly. I would have liked it a bit better if it weren't quite so one sided; after all, I want to be a rich man one day. It reminded me a little of The Winter of our Discontent by John Steinbeck, though that book was vastly better. All in all I'd say you have a lot of skill and talent and if you keep writing you might make something really incredible one day. Good Luck. HF |
Eternal Nocturne chapter 1 . 11/25/2009 Ooh, very nice. You set the atmosphere up just right, and that's what made the story so great. It was depressing in some sort of way, but depressing's just how I like it. _ |
Just Bonesy chapter 1 . 10/19/2009 When I read "Dusk and Scars" I was honestly kinda underwhelmed. Just not my cup a'tea, and the ending was abrupt. But just reading the summary told me I'd like this. And I loved it. The Bible quotes gave points that made it great, but they did seem to break it up in an awkward way. I think that if you'd worked at it, you could've made this a chapter fic with two or three quotes at the beginning of each chapter. Still, the overall message is great, and one I love to see in a Zelda story: the Hero gets his own rewards, abstract as they may be. |
Preddlebunny chapter 1 . 10/19/2009 wow this was really awesome and a good lesson learner ;) keep it up |
Patchworkcrows chapter 1 . 10/19/2009 I loved it. The sutle hints of a relationship between Midna and Link was a lovely add-in. You got Malo's character down pat, also. And the fact that in time they forgot all about Link was a depressing and yet true fact. Eventually, we forget about the heroes. We'll always remember the villians. (Hugs Link) I don't mind faded heroes, I still love them. X3 It couldn't be anymore beautiful. |
