Very well written. I was a little confused at first since I thought this was along the lines of anime/manga...seeing as how Shuurei and Seiran/Ensai have been together but I eventually figured it out they weren't.

It sounds like a very promising story though...and adding pirates? (Nice)

I hope you continue it and it grows to be more than a few chapters-as seems to be the case with most of the stories of Saiunkoku.
