I liked the story because this is probably one of the strangest ones that I have read, but I wish there was more to it!

This ending didn't actually fit with the rest of the story in its gritty raw previous flow. But I'll tell you I did enjoy Edward and Bella's version of HEA. At least we know she is under a doctor's care and that she's not become the perfect little wife all of a sudden. I take it they married or perhaps just living together. Anyway, I don't know if you still read your reviews but I left my thoughts along the way to show you that your story was thought provoking. I know you may have heard it before but I'm amazed that at the young age you were when you wrote this that you could have come up with such insight into the mental state of a wounded girl...

What did Bella do for herself all this time? Did she ever form any human friendships, connections? There are so many missing pieces here. I can see Edward go off, leave home, with the aid I'm sure of his parents, and achieve post graduate work and seems fitting to go into psychiatry to figure out the shit storm that he was involved in...but this ending leaves me with more questions and not nearly as satisfied as I'd like and maybe that's the point after all...It's just that I don't take mental illness lightly because, like most of us, we have people touched by it that matter...Well let's see what the epi shows.

I can't believe that Charlie just let her go like this, that Carlisle let go a young girl who was so mentally ill...the Edward part I do get. I think She needed to 'find' herself for herself and not for him and he too needed to heal his own broken parts. But to let her just leave without a plan, just the truck? She's lucky she found a job and affordable housing. I take it she left with no money, nothing from Charlie?

Wow. Bella driving to Tanya's and finally seeing that James was never real. Edward is a super hero for trying to help her all this time...

WHAT? James was NEVER real? Boy this Bella is really in need of more than an occasional Carlisle therapy session. I didn't see that coming.
