Cute and perfectly written

This was really good. My only regret is I wish I could see this story continue past the one shot. It had a good storyline that I think could continue to play out in additional chapters.

Either way, I enjoyed it.

Also, I really liked this story because of the similarities between this story and mine. Like how my wrist is currently hurting, but that's b/c I sprained my wrist in boxing. ;.

Also, another similarity being that my dad once hurt me before too during an argument, by slapping me to the face, which knocked me down. That doesn't mean he's a bad person though, because I saw for just a moment on his stoic face a small look of horror and noted his uneasy stance, even though I was blinded by rage at that moment to notice.

He later (surprisingly) apologized to me about it with emotions in his voice, and even asked for my forgiveness, which I said I had to think about (still pretty angry). Then he shocked me when he gave me a heartbreaking, tender kiss on the forehead. Very uncharacteristic and bittersweet. Shocking too. Nearly brought tears to my eyes.

Ah, sorry for revealing all that; you're one of the very few people who even know about that now. It's just I was looking for a similar story like this and finally found it, so I was pleasantly surprised.

Really, thank you for writing this. It is something that would be hard for most people to understand how one could forgive their parent (especially father-daughter) for doing something like that, but you got it just right. Thank you. :)

This was so cute. I think it fit their characters very well. I especially like the more coy-flirtatious side to Arnold's personality; I could see that in him.

This is the perfect helga/arnold story out there! It was just the right age, not when there out of highschool, not still in 4th grade. And it had just the right amount of seriousness. It was so natural, always how I imagined them happening. ABsoluely perfect.

Is there going to be a sequal or anything? I really enjoyed this. It's cute how Arnold acts around girls he likes. Precious actually.
