Ha! This is without a doubt the most funny chapter of Twilight fan fiction I have read in my life. It's due to the buildup from the previous stories. If someone put this into a typical twilight story, it just wouldn't ring true for the characters. But with your buildup to this it all comes together and is hilarious. Great stuff!

Your writing warms my heart. I've been ill for awhile and fanfic is the light in my world. I'd never read all your stories til now and they are giving me such joy. I only wish I could have a family like the Cullen's to share my ups and downs with. I think that's why I treasure Twilight so much. I used to have family like them but they are gone now. boy is the embodiment of self deprecation and
self flagellation. Hopefully, this nap...this special
'chrysalis' that they apparently come through is
going to help rid him of that and give him the
self confidence he is lacking.

He ought to know by now, how easily Bella bruises.
I always thought his overreaction in BD was stupid.
He KNEW how easily she bruised, and had a degree
in medicine. He should have known that it was not
a big deal at all! :(
