Hey, i hate to be a perfectionist but... Martha's tattoos in Brotherhood are green, not purple. I'm not going to lie but you kind of got my hopes up...because personally i like the 2003 anime over Brotherhood, and almost every fanfic i read is Brotherhood. Don't take this the wrong way, your story is great, but continuity errors are one of the major errors in most fan fictions (besides Mary Sue characters) and i really find them annoying. Other than that, love the first chapter!

Well! That escalated quickly o.o

This fic hasn't been updated in four year, which is upsetting because it's such a great fic.

This is probably the best fma OC fic that I've read. For one- the main character Ode is absolutely adorable. She's a great mix of good character traits while still having her own flaws. And as a main character she isn't just one who just fades into the background. She has her own story and her own problems which are original to her and not the same as the people around her (cough Elrics cough).

Secondly, the plot is interesting. Both a mix of mystery and adventure with humour and angst in the mix. The scene where Winry and Ode have the heart-to-heart was probably my favourite, I even teared up a little. It's so nice to read an OC get along with Winry and for her to be in character too.

As well all the characters so far have been in character, especially Ed which is the character that most people end up writing wrong. I applaud you- it's not an easy job and you've done so well.

Anyways I hope that one day you'll finish or continue this fic as I'd love to read about Ode's journey.
