good story though

I hadnt been reading this. Mostly cuz i dont really go for slash. But Sunbird Riding Shotgun's Black Knight verse has kind of warmed me up to thr idea so i decided to start readingthr 13th part with the h/c, but then it mentioned thr nightmares feom a previous part (and anyone who knows me knows i cant resist a good nighrmare fic) so i went back to read the beginning. You have the characters down so pat u could be a writer for the show, esp Eliot. Wow. Beautifully done. His confusion and nervousness coupled with Nates angst and Eliots memories of him from before...lets just say i am well and truly hooked on the whole damn thing.

Some parts of the story were a little confusing for me. Maybe I just can't keep up very well :)

But the emotion, and the fact that you kept them mostly in character... I'm impressed!

This is a really good story! Eliot especially is pretty in-character (besides the obvious canon differences ;). I like how you really showed how broken Nate is behind the act, it's a new view. Also, thank you for writing an actual plot (Nate's being mugged) instead of just randomly pushing them together. Also, this story doesn't need to be rated M. It's closer to T, and I wouldn't be very suprised if you could get away with a K and a warning in the plot summary. A very enjoyable read!
