Even with knowing that he killed like a dozen people in the previous chapterss,, Link is such a dork.

I really like the story so far, the detail in it surprises me cuz I’m not used to that in a fanfic, overall great job

Point one: As someone who doesn’t actually play Zelda games, just really likes certain interpretations of link and his general concept, I fucking love the way you portray him here. You’ve got me in in a way most fics I’ve looked at for this series haven’t been able to.

A delightful introduction of the green outfit! I was especially tickled by the "extra-long beret" as both a floppy hat and in some ways Link acting like a Green Beret. Also a great inclusion of an idiosyncratic-information-companion! (and I'm glad she seems to have a bit more "human" personality than Fi, I feel they really missed the mark with that one) I do wonder about your decision not to include/reuse more of the familiar character names from the series. For example, the AI could easily be "Navi" and have her name be an acronym for something AI-ish. But still, lovely writing and a very creative story. Felt like I should drop some reviews, despite that this obvi hasn't been updated for several years and is probably dead (btw I found this via tvtropes)

This was an AWESOME motorcycle chase sequence! I was strongly reminded of FFVII and FFVII: AC in terms of its epic-ness while reading it (sword dueling on motorcycles!). Also, LOVE the gunsword, esp since it is a much improved version from FFVIII's Squall's extremely impractical but cool looking gunblade. And Epona is adorable.

These sequences were well-plotted and sketched out, very believable within this urban Zelda world (all the street names were like cute little familiar waves). It can be difficult to write effective action sequences, but I think this one certainly worked.

Also I love the "file excerpts" you have at the end of the chapters, they help provide context/backstory/explanation that would bog the main narrative down. Sort of reminds me of the extra stuff you can read in the Mass Effect games. Would be helpful to know how the map of this world is drawn out somehow.

Now I wish that I hadn't read those spoilers on TVTropes...

Wow, loving the series so far! I started reading on December 22nd and finished Chapter 28 on December 24th, and man what a wile ride it's been

I think you've done an amazing job with this story. I love reading Legend of Zelda fanfics, but so far there've only been a couple that i've devoted the time te read to, and yours tops the list. Only pet peeve so far is that you keep referring to them as 'zorans' as far as I have ever known, they are the zoras, or the zora race.

Aside from that, great job, hope you keep on updating, cuz i am dying to find out how this story ends!
