this is what i belive hinata is right but so is naruto the need for secrecy is of utmost importance but touture is not the way to go why not comprimise and instead of making a seal that causes pain to stop them from reveling it why not create a seal that causes them to be unable to talk about it even if they wanted to it stops them and seals away the byakugan upon death
