I love it 3

I know you posted this story over a decade ago, but since I just found it, I figured I would write a little note anyway. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this... I literally could not put it down for two straight days. I have been searching and searching for satisfying Narnia fanfiction, and this is definitely among the very best I have found. The only thing I would say, however, is that I am so sick of reading Narnia fanfiction with unnecessary tragic endings. Obviously, given the circumstances of the Four returning to their own world at the end of the golden age, any romantic story involving them is not going to have a happy ending, unless you jump ahead to their reunion in Aslan’s Country at the end of the Last Battle. I just don’t understand the impulse for so many fanfiction authors to make the story even more tragic. Especially a story like this, which has a wonderfully lighthearted tone throughout, I found the ending to be extremely jarring. I know there were originally plans for a sequel, so perhaps you didn’t intend for it to end this way, but I am just left feeling very unsatisfied about what should’ve been everything I’ve ever been looking for a Narnia fanfiction.

I realize that it makes zero sense for me to be writing this review right now, but I finished this story days ago and I’m still dwelling on how much I loved it, but also how betrayed I feel about how it ended after investing so much into it. I suppose I thought that writing this might make me feel a little bit better, haha. If you ever do read this, just know that I respect your writing so very much and absolutely relished each chapter… Other than the last few, lol.

Wow. Just...wow. This was amazing, it had me over come with so many emotions and allowed me a great escape in to the world of Narnia, so thank you for that. I never thought a piece of writing could bring me such joy but as I sat every night reading I can’t deny it - this was such a gem to read. I really, truly hope the sequel comes out of hiatus, even just for a few more chapters so I can see Lane reunited with Edmund. This really was a fantastic piece of work and I know I shall be reading it again to feed my hunger. I hope you are well and thank you for such a fantastic story. Much love.

This is amazingly hilarious

I didn't realize how much I wanted this to be a thing until I started reading. Honest to God, just the short first chapter was so well written, you've got me, hook, line and sinker.

Okay, you had no right to tear up my emotions like this! This was a brilliant story from start to finish and it broke my heart!
Honestly, before i was even halfway through i was thinking “but they go back! What happens to lane?!”
This was a really good story and I really enjoyed reading it.
