The last line was so sad.

Hi, Great story, so sad and telling of the relationship Sam and Dean have right now.

I'm loving season 5 so far, even with the distance between the boys but i do agree it has to happen in order for them to find the path which will see them realising how much they need to work together and will result in, hopefully, Sam this time walking towards his brother. x

There was also the time that Sam left (didn't exactly walk aways as he snuck out in the night) after Dean told him what his Dad told Dean right before he died.

Of course if we start talking about all the times that Sam snuck out and away in the night we could talk about most of season 4.

Aw. I wish I could hug Sam and tell him everything will be all right. He and Dean will one day walk towards each other again, stronger men for being apart. They're going to be OK, because underneath the anger is the love that has withstood everything they have been through, and, cheesy though it may be, that love with conquer all-including Lucifer!

I did love Dean offering to let Sam have the Impala though - offering him "home", "Dad" and Dean himself. Kinda shows that Dean still loves him despite everything.
