This such a weird place to abandon the story. A massive info-dump on intelligent dragons, how the world once was, and how Atlantis was truly destroyed, and then nothing for a decade.

Though, if Atlantis was destroyed by some kind of meteor, and sent the humans back into being "beasts" or whatever, it is a little weird that there's any legends of Atlantis at all anymore. Particularly among muggles.

This a great story. I wish you had continued it.
